Children's wellness times

Indoor pool 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m
Children may use the family sauna area until 4:30 p.m., after that we ask that you observe the quiet times for adults.
Children are not allowed in the adults-only area.

pet policy

Please inform us about your dog when making your reservation. Dogs are only accepted upon prior request and in selected room categories.
A fee of €25,00 - €30,00 per day applies (food not included).
Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
In the event of excessive cleaning, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of up to €200,00.
The dog owner is liable for any damage to hotel property.
Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, wellness area, swimming pool, garden, or playground.

Arrival & Departure

Check-In: Your room is available from 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m

Breakfast 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m
Dinner start from 18:30 to 20:00
A children's menu/buffet is available every evening for our little guests up to the age of 15.

Parking at the hotel

There is a free parking space available at the hotel.
Underground parking space subject to availability

E-charging station & hybrid cars

You can load them in our underground car park for a fee.

bath slippers

Are not included and can be purchased at the reception for a fee.
Alternatively, simply bring your usual slippers from home.

So that your baby can also feel comfortable with us and you don't have to worry about anything, we have thought of everything you and your baby could need.

For the indoor pool

Please note that wearing a swim diaper is mandatory in our pool

Baby Food

You can cool the baby food you brought with you with us.
On request, our kitchen will also prepare food suitable for babies.

Restaurant

In our restaurant we are happy to provide a high chair or a booster seat for your offspring.
You are welcome to bring your baby seat or rocker.

For the room

We will be happy to provide you with a kettle or a bottle warmer during your stay.
